Worked example
Zain uses an iPhone. Risky hours: 11 pm–6 am. Risky apps: Safari, a short-video app and a social app. The planner sets Downtime 11 pm–6 am, limits the video and social apps to 30 minutes a day, turns on Limit Adult Websites, and asks a friend to set the passcode. The phone charges on the kitchen counter.
Limits are friction, not a cure
