Quick answer: To block porn on iPhone, open Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions, turn it on, then go to App Store, Media, Web & Games → Web Content and choose Limit Adult Websites. Set a Screen Time passcode that someone else knows. Add downtime for late nights.
Block porn on iPhone: turn on the adult-content filter
Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions (on) → App Store, Media, Web & Games → Web Content → Limit Adult Websites. Add specific sites under Never Allow (Apple).
Lock it with a passcode
Settings → Screen Time → Lock Screen Time Settings. Ask a trusted person to set it so you can't easily turn filters off.
Downtime and app limits
Set downtime (for example 11 pm–6 am) and limits on apps that lead to porn. Plan them with the screen time limit planner.
Limits of filters
Filters miss things and some apps show sexual content. A filter adds a pause; pair it with habits. See porn blocker vs tracker and porn blocker apps.
Track progress
Combine the filter with a streak tracker like Raze on iPhone (App Store). See Raze on iPhone.
