Quick answer: This free NoFap tracker runs in your browser. Enter your start date, check in once a day as clean, close call or relapse, and it shows your current streak, your best streak and a calendar of check-ins. There's no sign-up, and everything stays on your device unless you export it yourself.
How to use the free NoFap tracker
- Pick your start date: the first full day without porn or masturbation, depending on your goal.
- Each evening, choose one check-in: clean, close call or relapse.
- Add a short note if something happened: time, place, mood. Notes are what make the tracker useful later.
- Glance at the calendar weekly. Look for clusters: late nights, weekends, days after poor sleep.
If you just want to know how many days have passed since a date, the streak calculator is quicker. If you'd rather tick boxes on paper, use the printable streak tracker.
How the tracker counts
Your current streak is the number of full days since your start date or your last relapse check-in, whichever is later. Your best streak is the longest run between relapses. Close calls never reset the count; they exist so you can see near-misses, which are often the most useful data you have. Expect the streak to matter less over time: in one study a new daily behaviour took a median of 66 days to feel automatic (Lally et al., 2010).
Worked example
You set a start date of 1 October. You check in clean every day, log a close call on 9 October, and log a relapse on 15 October. On 26 October the tracker shows: current streak 11 days (16–26 October), best streak 14 days (1–14 October), one close call and one relapse in the log.
Why a no fap tracker helps
Monitoring progress towards a goal makes people more likely to reach it, and the effect is larger when progress is recorded rather than kept in your head (Harkin et al., 2016). A tracker also turns a slip into information. Relapse-prevention research treats lapses as moments to learn from rather than proof of failure (Witkiewitz & Marlatt, 2004). Logging the relapse with a note is how you find the pattern behind it.
What a free tracker can't do
A browser tracker lives on one device. It won't remind you, it can't block content, and it doesn't replace support from people. Pair it with:
- a relapse prevention plan written in advance;
- the urge timer for the moment an urge peaks;
- an accountability partner who sees your weekly numbers.
If you notice the habit feels out of control, read signs of porn addiction and consider talking to a professional.

FAQ
Is this NoFap tracker really free?
Yes. It runs in your browser with no account, no ads inside the tool and no payment.
Where is my data stored?
Only in your browser's local storage on this device. Clearing site data or switching browsers removes it, so export a CSV if you want a backup.
Does a close call reset my streak?
No. A close call is logged so you can spot patterns, but only a relapse check-in restarts the count.
Can I use it in Notion instead?
You can copy the exported CSV into a Notion database if you prefer working there. The tool itself doesn't connect to Notion.
How is this different from the Raze app?
The web tracker covers the basics on one device. The Raze app adds milestones, daily challenges, goals, progress insights and community challenges on iPhone.
