NoFap Rules

Quick answer: NoFap rules aren't official; you set them. Common modes: easy mode (no porn), normal mode (no porn or masturbation, sex with a partner allowed), and hard mode (no porn, masturbation or orgasm). Decide in advance what counts as a relapse, such as edging or 'peeking', and write it down.
Easy mode
No porn. Masturbation allowed. A good choice if porn is the main problem.
Normal mode
No porn and no masturbation (often called no PMO). Sex with a partner allowed.
Hard mode
No porn, masturbation or orgasm, including with a partner. Popular for challenges like No Nut November.
Grey areas
Edging: most count it as breaking normal mode. Peeking at suggestive content: decide; many count it as a warning sign, not a relapse. Wet dreams: don't count (wet dreams).
NoFap rules: keep rules you can follow
Specific rules work better than vague ones. Put them in your relapse prevention plan and track with the streak calculator.
